Can I return my order for a full refund?

A: Yes, any product sold by Caribbean Collectibles Creations has money back guarantee. Customer must return the product within 30 days. The return postage is paid by the customer and a refund will be given within 7 business days after the product is received by Caribbean Collectibles Creations.


*It is the customer's responsibility to supply Caribbean Collectibles Creations with the customer's correct contact information for all refunds.

Are my tickets to events (Carnivals, Cricket, Jazz Festivals, Sailing Week) refundable?

A: Tickets for Carnivals, Concerts, Cricket, Soccer Cruises or  any events sponsored by Caribbean Collectibles Creations are not refundable.    


Please Note:  In the event of strikes, lockouts, riots, weather conditions, mechanical difficulties, or for any other reason, we have the right to cancel, advance, postpone, or deviate from any scheduled event without prior notice.  In this situation Caribbean Collectibles Creations may substitute another event or reschedule the said event.     We are not legally liable for any loss to clients by reason of the cancellation, advancement, postponement, deviation, or substitution.  We will attempt to keep our customers informed of any changes.

Where is the order I placed?

A:  All products ordered online are shipped to the customer within 3 business days. All products ordered via mail are shipped to the customer within 7 business days.    Please allow time for delivery.

Can I use my frequent flyer miles to upgrade my fares or tickets to events?

A: All of our air carriers' contracts are secured on bulk rates that restrict you from using any additional incentives, coupons or discounts. However, most carriers allow guests to accrue frequent traveler miles. Please contact the air carrier assigned to determine if your flights qualify for frequent flyer points

Why did some people in my group receive better air schedule, even though I booked earlier?

A: Airlines make hourly changes to the availability of fares offered. A flight and contracted fare might be available, and then become unavailable, and then available again closer to sail date. You are not guaranteed better flight times by booking your cruise early. Remember our standard air arrangements do not give you a choice of departure times.
